Alessi Crevasse Stainless Steel Flower Vase by Zaha Hadid

Alessi commissioned this vase from architect Zaha Hadid, and it reads more like a small piece of sculpture than a standard flower vase. The silhouette twists and tapers along its height instead of running straight, in polished 18/10 stainless steel that catches light differently depending on the angle you view it from.

At roughly 16.5 inches tall, it works as a standalone statement piece on a console table or shelf, with or without flowers in it. Alessi rates it for both indoor and outdoor use, so it can move between a dining table and a covered patio depending on the occasion.
